Your expertise will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen that adheres to all food safety regulations. This position offers an energetic atmosphere where your culinary skills can thrive and grow. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following recipes and presentation standards Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients Support catering events and special functions by preparing dishes according to specifications Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours Follow all food industry safety protocols and maintain a high standard of hygiene throughout the shift Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or culinary setting Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Experience with menu planning, fine dining standards, and catering services Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and serving teams
