Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency to meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols at all times Assist with meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed Support the kitchen team in managing food inventory and ensuring proper storage practices Follow all food handling procedures to promote a safe and hygienic environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning and catering is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction Join us to be part of a lively kitchen environment where your culinary talents are valued!
