Line Cook/Prep Cook

Overview We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation and food service, with a passion for creating delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing food items
• Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at all times
• Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure customer satisfaction Experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant or catering setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and food processors
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
