Description:
- Produce all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the company.
Qualifications:
- + Complete production lists to ensure enough product is available for service + Prepare and portion all items promptly, efficiently and with attention to detail + Keep the work area, utensils and production equipment clean and sanitized + Re‐stock items as needed while on duty + Follow safe food handling procedures at all times + Daily preparation and management of fresh made prep recipes + Management of prep charts ensuring freshness, shelf life and proper food safe practices are controlled + Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner •
