Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen manager. Maintain high standards of food handling and hygiene practices in compliance with health regulations. Support the kitchen team by organizing ingredients and supplies as needed. Help with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of hospitality practices. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terms is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
