BOH Line Cook

Patrizi's on Manor road is looking for a part time, 3 nights/week line cook!

We are a small food truck that does big business! We're a dedicated team of individuals that all have one goal in mind: to provide great service, and serve the best pasta, salads, garlic bread and dessert that we can. Our pay is based on a base rate of $10/hr, plus tips.

Tips average $14-20/hr. We have a tip minimum guarantee that ensures $12.50/hr in tips. We also offer health insurance and mental health services, vacation pay, and profit share based bonuses.

We do set monthly schedules, which will help you schedule around us if you have another job. There is potential to increase your hours/wk at a later date. There are also opportunities to pick up shifts from others as needed.

Ideal candidates would have some kitchen experience, though it is not strictly necessary. A good attitude and a willingness to learn and grow will take you far in this kitchen. Attention to detail, an understanding of what it means to exhibit grace under pressure, speed and efficiency are all helpful traits as well.
