We are a local fast paced fusion kitchen, where Mediterranean meets unique flavors of Peruvian Chiles. Everyone on our team brings something unique to the table, & we believe that's what makes us a standout culinary destination. We are a made from scratch kitchen, emphasizing flavor and consistency.
We are filling several positions within our kitchen. We are looking for someone to help as a grill position and food prep. We are also looking for someone to help on the line, cashier, and less intensive food prep. AM and PM positions. We are looking for someone with availability on the weekends. Located at 7th & Navasota...at the heart of the downtown scene on the east side! Responsibilities for the kitchen role include:
Prepare and customize dishes such as wraps, rice bowls, & salads Handle orders from various platforms including ChowNow, DoorDash, as well as physical orders in-store.
Ensure the freshness, quality and presentation of the dishes we serve.
Efficiently manage food storage, stock, and waste.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness & comply with food/safety regulations.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment, sharpening kitchen knives & prepping techniques
