PM Lead Line Cook

$22-23/hr and Insurance Availability Dirdie Birdie is seeking a PM Lead line cook to join our team! The Dirdie Birdie is a full-service restaurant and bar with a one of a kind,12-hole miniature golf experience featuring Austin original landmarks. At Dirdie Birdie, we combine elevated food and drinks mixed with an amazing interactive experience, creating the ideal gathering place for families, date night, friends, and everything in between. We are in search of a lead line cook that has the following qualities: Ensure accountability for evening and night shift kitchen operations. Stay on top of food preparation, minimizing waste and maintaining quality. Promote teamwork and mentor junior cooks. Maintain open communication with kitchen staff and management. Working directly with the team and culinary manager to consistently produce high quality dishes Maintains a positive attitude Thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere Able to stay organized, even under pressure Takes pride in their work Open to accepting and providing feedback to others Bilingual is required Weekend availability PM availability Minimum 1 year experience, experience on expo a plus

Compensation and Benefits:
