Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that meet the dietary needs of our guests while ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Duties Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for various dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions. Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality food service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary. Experience Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred. Familiarity with fine dining standards and catering practices is a plus. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper kitchen procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
