Job Description

Cody s Restaurant Bar & Patio in New Braunfels is looking for experienced line cooks
Start Date:
As soon as possible
Job Expectations:
Be responsible for producing food items on the dinner menusEnsure that guests are always receivingan exceptional dining experience representing true value for money.

Communicate effectively with the FOH staff when issues arise either from their end or yours and find the quickest solution to the problem.

Ensure that all food items are prepared as per recipes while maintaining portion controland minimizing waste.

Ensure that product is of sufficient quantity and qualityMaintain a clean uniform and always be presentable in guest view.

Ensure that all food preparation equipment is being used safelyand correctly and that it is cleaned and maintained.

Ensure that a consistent, high quality product is achieved and maintained on all stations.

Ensure that all areas of the kitchen are kept clean and sanitized.

Communicate with delivery drivers about handling and quality of products as they arrive.
