Duties Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other specialty dishes with precision and flair Follow standardized recipes and menu plans to ensure consistency and quality in every plate served Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation standards Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options or improvements based on guest preferences and seasonal ingredients Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy morning hours Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is needed Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or culinary environments Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques for breakfast dishes Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen setting Experience with menu planning, catering, and fine dining service is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Exceptional teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Join us as a Breakfast Cook and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable mornings for our guests through exceptional food and service!
