About Us Both Hands Burgers is all about handcrafted burgers, cold beer, and genuine Hill Country hospitality. We're looking for hardworking team members who take pride in good food, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment. Position Overview We're hiring dependable Kitchen Staff/Line Cooks to keep our burgers hot, fresh, and delicious. You'll work the line, prep ingredients, keep the kitchen clean, and help the team run smoothly during busy shifts. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and equipment. Work quickly and efficiently during high-volume service. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with prep, dishes, and other back-of-house tasks as needed. Communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service. Qualifications Previous line cook or kitchen experience required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills. Food handler's certification (or ability to obtain). What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus pooled tips.
