Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality ingredients and dishes that delight our guests. Your culinary expertise, attention to detail, and passion for food will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while ensuring food safety and excellence in every plate served. Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to support creative and efficient meal preparation Cook a variety of menu items, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met Handle food safely by following proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food with precision and efficiency Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of special dietary needs Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or food industry settings Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene standards Experience with menu planning, food service, and catering operations enhances your versatility Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve guests professionally Join us to bring passion, precision, and creativity into every dish!
