A force within the realm of hospitality, NOBU has become one of the best-known brands for the Who's Who around the world. Applicants must have 1+ year of cooking experience in a high volume, upscale establishment or have graduated from a culinary program. Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time and possess excellent knife skills. This position requires that the applicant be punctual, communicate effectively, and maintain composure while multi-tasking in a high-stress environment.
