This is an hourly position ranging from 35 - 40 hours per week. We value dependability above all else.
Our work environment includes:
Free shift meals Growth opportunities Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a professional cooking environment. Need to be able to come in, get setup to open, taking a quick inventory of food and be able to identify daily prep needs. We close at 2 AM, the earliest out time will be 3 AM. Must be able to work quickly enough to keep up with daily prep levels Must be proficient enough with knives to quickly cut veggies, trim beef, chicken, and shrimp. Must keep up with daily cleaning. Being able to roll egg rolls or wontons is a major plus
