Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set up and breakdown of restaurant line Stock and maintain designated food stations Maintaining proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and hotel requirements Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards in a timely and efficient manner The sign-on bonus is disbursed over a six-month period. Qualifications Requires good communication skills Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Maintain a high level of responsibility and attention to detail Ability to adapt under pressure Minimum 1+ years Culinary experience preferred Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred Candidates should be able to perform all intermediate cooking skills Requires moderate supervision and training Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight Must be able to stand for entire shift Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
