Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated cook to join our seafood restaurant team. The cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking seafood dishes according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook seafood items (fish, shrimp, shellfish, etc.) Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards Ensure food is cooked safely and served fresh Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Assist with food prep, including cleaning and cutting ingredients Monitor inventory and report low stock to management Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and food quality Ability to follow instructions and recipes Dependable and punctual Previous cooking experience preferred but not required
