Responsibilities Assist with menu planning to create balanced, appealing meal options tailored to dietary needs and preferences Prepare and cook a variety of meals, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere Support catering events by organizing, preparing, and presenting food items professionally Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal delivery Experience Prior experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Hands-on experience with menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and food handling in a restaurant or food industry setting Strong culinary skills including knife techniques, meal preparation, and food presentation Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Experience in catering services or large-scale food service environments is a plus Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food industry best practices Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork Join us to bring your culinary talents to life in an environment that values passion for food, safety, and exceptional service.
