Atmosphere & Environment Lexington Medical Lodge operates a 128-bed skilled nursing environment designed for comprehensive rehabilitation and long-term care. The dietary department runs as a structured, deadline-driven workspace where production timing directly impacts resident care schedules. Team members work in close coordination within a commercial kitchen layout to execute daily service goals reliably. Qualifications Must pass a criminal background check.
