Sakhuu Thai restaurant serves authentic Thai and Lao cuisine. Every dish is served hot and fresh with bold flavors and original tastes. To keep up with popular demand, we are looking to hire Thai Specialty Cooks to perform the following duties: Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including fermented fish sauce, shrimp pastes, lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, and chilies; Cook in a fast-paced environment under time pressure; Prepare different types of Thai specialty sauces so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and Perform other health and sanitation duties as required by law.

$39,499/year
REQUIREMENTS
