Duties Prepare ingredients and components for menu items following established recipes and standards Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation quality Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods Skills Strong food preparation, cooking, and food handling skills with attention to detail Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Prior restaurant experience Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
