PM & WEEKEND

Pizza Makers and Pizza Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. This role involves preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items during evening shifts, ensuring excellent food quality and presentation. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food preparation, a strong understanding of food safety standards, and experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments. This position offers an opportunity to showcase culinary skills and contribute to a vibrant dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection for pizza offerings Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients with proper knife skills Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in a timely manner Assist with catering orders and special event preparations as needed Follow all health department guidelines related to food safety and sanitation Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service, preferably in pizzeria or fine dining settings Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Skilled in knife handling, meal preparation, and kitchen equipment operation Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy evening shifts Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Experience with menu planning or culinary innovation is a plus Knowledge of the food industry trends related to pizza making and catering services Join our team to bring delicious pizzas to life while working in a supportive environment that values culinary expertise and customer satisfaction.
