Job Description
Roots is seeking an experienced cook to join our family-owned restaurant in the heart of the Historic Georgetown Square.
For nearly 15 years, Roots has been a gathering place for locals and visitors alike. Operating from a beautifully preserved 1800s building, we ve built our reputation on scratch-made food, genuine hospitality, and a supportive team culture.
We re locally owned, owner-operated, and deeply rooted in our community. Our hands-on owners are passionate about quality, consistency, and creating an environment where both guests and employees feel valued.
Work multiple stations in a fast-paced kitchen.
Follow recipes and systems accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Assist with prep, line execution, and daily kitchen operations.
Support team members during busy services.
Take pride in food presentation and guest experience.
