Job duties consist of making fresh bread daily, fresh pasta, accepting inventory, making desserts such as bread pudding and tiramisu along with other prep items such as handmade meatballs etc. The hours of work are generally 9am to 4pm with Wednesday being a longer day to cover the pm prep cooks day off. We are an Italian restaurant that relies heavily on making everything from scratch, so knowledge an experience is a requirement, but training will be given for day to day operations so we encourage anyone with at least 2 yrs of experience in a professional kitchen to apply.
