Tray Line Worker

Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate tray liner to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and handling, with experience in both fine dining and catering environments. As a tray liner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals that meet our standards of excellence and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of sweets according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute meal preparation efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Utilize various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, baking, and knife skills to create exceptional dishes. Adapt recipes for special dietary needs or preferences when necessary. Participate in menu planning and development to enhance the dining experience. Qualifications Proven experience as a tray liner in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or catering settings. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food handling practices. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
