The Cook 4 position requires advanced culinary skills and aprehensive understanding of kitchen operations. This versatile role supports our main restaurant offering, Gulf & Prairie. The ideal candidate is a seasoned culinary professional capable of working across all kitchen stations with minimal supervision and amitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Execute the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards. Flexibly support various culinary teams and outlets, adapting to the needs of each kitchen area. Demonstrate advanced proficiency across all kitchen stations, including hot line, cold line, pastry, and banquets. Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in all kitchen operations. Collaborate with fellow culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Maintainposure and efficiency in a high-paced, dynamic environment. Advanced culinary knowledge and ability to operate independently with minimal supervision. Versatility to work across all kitchen stations. Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Strongmunication andanizational skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
