Job Description

This is an important position in our kitchen for a cook with a minimum of two years experience. Meat butchery experience is absolutely required and the ability to follow recipes and standards is a must. The schedule is a four day work week, Thursday - Sunday with very little flexibility on in-and-out times.

Better Luck Tomorrow is looking to add to its kitchen team. We are a neighborhood bar and restaurant with both classic and creative food in a fun, colorful environment. You will have the opportunity to grow and learn with the team and have internal growth with our multi-faceted company that runs multiple award-winning restaurants and bars. We take pride in offering some of the city's best casual, everyday food. This is a fun kitchen with management that is clear on how to be successful in our kitchen.

Duties for this position include short order cooking, with line prep and prep opportunities to continue to learn how to become a chef. Cooks will be required to have closing duties. You are expected to maintain a friendly, clean, and organized environment with a high amount of communication between staff and management.
