Barbacana is a modern casual restaurant serving Houston Inspired Cuisine. We offer a nightly Tasting Menu at our Chef's Counter as well as an A La Carte menu in the Main Dining Room. With an emphasis on low-waste, we explore and experiment constantly in the Back of House and are always looking for progression and improvement. We emphasize education and we take the time to ensure new hires are given thorough training and guidance. In return, we expect applicants to be organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn more and improve. We pay all employees on a salary basis, and each employee receives a percentage of total tips as well. We offer sick days and PTO only after completion of a probationary period.
