Job Summary Join our vibrant culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to quality will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to perfection, and supporting the kitchen's smooth operation. Your culinary skills will help create memorable dining experiences, ensuring every plate served meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and food safety. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to established recipes and menu specifications Cook a variety of dishes with precision, maintaining consistency and quality in every plate Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and equipment Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, cleaning workstations, and maintaining a tidy workspace Assist with menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation techniques Handle food with care during cooking and serving processes to ensure optimal presentation and flavor Collaborate with team members to meet service times and uphold high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings demonstrating strong culinary skills Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures Skilled in knife techniques, meal preparation, and food industry best practices Familiarity with menu planning, catering support, and serving in fast-paced environments Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a busy kitchen setting Prior kitchen or culinary experience that showcases adaptability and a passion for food service Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us!
