Job Summary:
The Cook is responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality meals in support of audit-related events and team functions. This role ensures food is prepared safely, efficiently, and in accordance with set standards, contributing to a professional and enjoyable dining experience for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to provided menus, recipes, and dietary specifications Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, food prep areas, and equipment Assist with food setup, presentation, and service for hospitality events or audit support functions Monitor food inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the hospitality team or Chef Follow portion control guidelines and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation Support the setup and breakdown of kitchen equipment during travel or mobile deployments Collaborate with kitchen staff and other hospitality personnel to ensure smooth service flow
Qualifications:
Solid cooking and food preparation skills across a variety of cuisines Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines Ability to follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing event needs Experience working in kitchens, banquets, or mobile/temporary food setups preferred Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a positive attitude Why Join Us?
