Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, assembling, and portioning ingredients efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck's kitchen area, adhering to strict food safety protocols Assist with menu planning based on customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and operational needs Serve customers directly from the truck, providing friendly and prompt service to enhance their experience Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Follow all health regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and safety standards at all times Qualifications Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Proven background in food industry roles such as restaurant cook or culinary assistant, especially with fine dining or catering experience Strong kitchen skills including knife handling, meal preparation, and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling practices Experience with menu planning and food presentation to create appealing dishes Excellent communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety This role is perfect for motivated culinary professionals eager to bring their skills on the road.
