Line Cook

Catch & Crave is looking for a dependable and motivated cook to join our kitchen team. We are a fast-paced restaurant focused on quality food, consistency, and strong teamwork. We cook most items fresh to order, so we need someone who can stay organized, move with urgency, and handle pressure during busy rushes. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards Operate fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment safely Maintain ticket times and food quality during rushes Communicate with prep and front staff to keep orders flowing smoothly Restock and maintain clean stations throughout shifts Follow portion control and recipe standards Assist with cleaning and other kitchen duties as delegated by supervisor Requirements Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred Food Handlers certificate (can also be completed after hire) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Able to stay calm and focused under pressure Team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn Catch & Crave systems and standards Weekend availability required Position Details Part-Time to Full-Time Evening and weekend availability needed Opportunity for additional hours and growth as the business expands Cross-training opportunities available for prep and kitchen support positions Pay Starting pay based on experience and ability Opportunity for raises based on performance, reliability, and speed
