MUST HAVE COOK EXPERIENCE.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive delicious and safe meals while maintaining the highest standards of food handling and safety. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Assist in the planning of menus, considering dietary restrictions and preferences. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the kitchen environment. Participate in training sessions related to food handling, safety, and culinary techniques. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and dietary department operations is advantageous. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
