Job Description

Position Summary:
The Cold Food Production employee is responsible for the preparation and assembly of salads, desserts, cold entrees and garnishes needed for patients, cafeteria and catered events. The cold food production employee is also involved in sanitation and kitchen maintenance and other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
A.
Education:
High school diploma, equivalent or higher education required. Must maintain Food Handlers certificate with 30 days of hire. B.
Training and Experience:
Previous food service experience in production necessary.
