Hot Food Cook, Nutr.
Position Summary:
The Cook assumes the responsibility for the preparation of a variety of foods for patients, cafeteria services, and special functions. The Cook is also involved in sanitation and kitchen maintenance and other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma, equivalent or higher education required. Must maintain Food Handlers certificate with 30 days of hire. Page 3 of 3 In addition, may have completed course work in sanitation, food production, kitchen management, etc. B.
Training and Experience:
Food Service experience preferred. VI.
Unusual Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Work is of moderate demand; walking and standing a great deal of the time; lifting supplies and moving equipment some of the time. Hours may be irregular.
