Full Job Description The Role:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our back-of-house team. You will be the foundation of our kitchen, ensuring that our line cooks have everything they need to execute perfect dishes during service. This is a great role for someone who loves to stay organized and works well with their hands.

What You'll Do:

Prepare Ingredients:

Wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables, fruits, and meats.

Batch Cooking:

Prepare sauces, dressings, and stocks according to our signature recipes.

Station Setup:

Ensure all prep stations are stocked and ready for the lunch/dinner rush.

Food Safety:

Maintain a clean workspace and follow all health department regulations regarding food storage (labeling, dating, and FIFO).

Kitchen Support:

Assist with unloading deliveries and maintaining inventory levels.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Prep Cook or Kitchen Helper (willing to train the right person with a great attitude!). Solid knife skills and familiarity with standard kitchen equipment. The ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [40] lbs. A "team-first" mentality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

From $10.00 per hour
