As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
• Scan goods and collect payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Keep track of all cash and credit transactions
• Ensure pricing is accurate
• Assist customers with locating products
• Promote sales and special offers Qualifications
• Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register preferred
• Basic math skills for calculating totals and providing correct change
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Knowledge of retail math concepts such as calculating discounts and sales tax
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
