LINE COOK

Responsible for preparing and cooking food at a specific station, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service. Core Responsibilities Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and menu specifications. Setting up and stocking stations with ingredients, utensils, and equipment before service. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and at their station. Coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately. Monitoring food quality and presentation, including seasoning, portioning, and plating. Assisting in inventory management and replenishing supplies as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Line cook experience helpful but not required. Employer is willing to train. Food handlers permit required upon hire.
