Fry Cook

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Fry Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in food preparation and a strong background in cooking. This role involves preparing and cooking fried dishes in a wok. Candidates with cooking experience, especially in fast pace dining are encouraged to apply. The Fry Cook will play a vital role in maintaining food safety standards and delivering exceptional food. Duties Prepare & cook fried menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including all fry stations Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Support catering and special event food preparation as needed Required to stock, clean and complete opening/closing task Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently Good communication skills and ability to work with all team member

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
