Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients with precision and care Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, knives, mixers, and other culinary tools Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to meet health regulations and standards Assist with meal preparation for catering events or special orders as needed Serve pizzas promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a lively work pace Skills Proven experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant settings with a focus on pizza or similar cuisine Strong knife skills for efficient ingredient prep and safety in the kitchen Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality standards Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and servers Familiarity with the food industry environment, including catering or large-scale meal prep is a plus Passion for culinary arts with a desire to learn new techniques and improve skills in a fast-paced setting Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
