Led by Chef Cole Fitzgerald of Fig Italian Kitchen and Bar, a new concept that focuses on American Fare that can be enjoyed at any point throughout the day. Upon opening, we will start with just dinner service and move into lunch and brunch as well. This will be a large operation when it is fully up and running and we need a large, solid team to execute our vision. We are looking for passionate cooks who want to continue to grow in their career, and work directly with chef. Experience is required, and are seeking individuals who thrive in large volume and fast paced environments. Those who work efficiently, cleanly, and want to contribute to the betterment of the team and success of the restaurant. There will be opportunity for cooks to develop into sous chefs, and continue to grow within the company. Interviews/stages will take place ASAP, but on-boarding will likely begin early next month. Meetings and Stages can be facilitated through Fig Italian Kitchen and bar.
