The beautiful Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is looking for a Cook I to join their culinary team at SweetFire Kitchen Set in the heart of San Antonio's Hill Country, Signia by Hilton La Cantera is a modern luxury resort known for elevated hospitality, high‑volume culinary operations, and a strong commitment to chef‑driven food. AM / PM, including weekends and holidays The ideal Cook I candidate is passionate about food, dependable, and thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. Candidates must have at least 1 year of restaurant line cook experience, a strong understanding of basic cooking techniques, and the ability to follow recipes and standards with consistency. Flexible availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role is perfect for a motivated cook who values teamwork and is eager to grow within a high‑quality culinary operation. What will I be doing? As a Cook I, you would be responsible for preparing, producing and working the line for SweetFire Kitchen in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
