Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, equipment, and tools Follow all food safety and hygiene standards at all times Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining quality Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations Demonstrate a professional and positive demeanor with coworkers and guests

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role strongly preferred (willing to train the right candidates) Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering excellent service Strong communication skills and attention to detail Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Valid Texas Food Handler Certification (required for all positions)

Hours of Operation:

Daily:

11:00 AM - 5:30 PM Both part-time and full-time shifts available.
