Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cook to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our dining service. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitation Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene Support meal plating and presentation as needed Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols Assist with catering events or special meal preparations as required Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations Experience Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred Experience in food preparation, or cooking is advantageous Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is essential Background in restaurant or culinary settings, including catering or serving roles, is beneficial Skills in knife handling, meal preparation, and food industry best practices are desirable Prior kitchen experience demonstrating ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is preferred This role is vital for maintaining smooth kitchen operations and delivering quality meals. Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
