We are seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our culinary team as Breakfast Cook. As a Breakfast Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our breakfast offerings, contributing to the overall success of our brunch service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipe specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate food preparation with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and equipment
• Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
• Adhere to portion control guidelines to minimize waste and ensure profitability
• Maintain accurate records of food production and waste

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook or assistant line cook, preferably in a breakfast or brunch establishment
• Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and recipes
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
