The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong background in the food industry, particularly in fine dining and meal preparation. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and presentation standards. Assist in menu planning, including seasonal offerings and special dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Participate in training new kitchen staff on proper food handling techniques and kitchen procedures. Requirements Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
