Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of sautéed dishes according to recipes, menu specifications, and presentation standards Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in all work areas Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring ingredient availability for daily specials Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Use knife skills effectively to chop, slice, dice, and prepare ingredients efficiently Support the team during catering events or special functions by preparing dishes with precision and professionalism Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or culinary environment Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and fine dining standards Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Skilled in knife handling, food industry standards, and kitchen operations Excellent food service skills with an understanding of catering and serving techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Saute Cook to bring your culinary talents to life!
