Job Title:
Cook Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Family Fun Zone. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards for our guests. You must have a passion for cooking, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multitask.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and menus
  • Ensure that food is prepared and served at the correct temperature and in a timely manner
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate with the Restaurant Manager and team members to ensure that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently
  • Assist with the ordering, receiving, and storing of food and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook in a restaurant or other food service establishment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Must be able to pass a background check
