Night Shift Cook The Catch - 3.8 Wichita Falls, TX Job Details Part-time $11 - $15 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Paid training Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Nutrition Food quality maintenance Kitchen health and safety standards Food service cleaning Kitchen stations Full Job Description Position will be for 4 to 5 days a week. Fridays and Saturdays are a must, the other days are negotiable. The position requires you to come in at 4 or 5pm till after close. We are looking for a line cook to prepare food to The Catch's specifications and to set up stations for shift. Line cook duties will consist of cooking, stocking and cleaning. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Responsibilities Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Answer, report and follow shift lead or manager's instructions Clean up station Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Skills Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
