We focus on providing great food made with care while supporting a positive, team-oriented work environment. We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is reliable, has prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen, and can work efficiently while maintaining Root'd Cafe's high standards of quality and presentation. Weekend availability is required for this role. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Root'd Cafe recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen workspace
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen organization
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service Qualifications
- Previous kitchen/line cook experience required (1+ years preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
